Three types of salts: Mediterranean Sea Salts, Peruvian Pink Himalayan Salt, and Epsom Salts. 

Seven Herbs: Cornflower, St. John's Wort, Mugwort, Yarrow, White Oak Bark, Lemon Balm and Jasmine Flower.  

Cornflower has anti-inflammatory and astringent properties. It also turns the water a soothing tropical blue color! St. John's Wort is antibacterial, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory.  Mugwort is anti-inflammatory and specifically good for blood flow and to ease cramps during PMS and menstruation. It is also an antioxidant. Yarrow is an anti-inflammatory moisturizer, antimicrobial, and great for relaxation and blood flow. Use it to soothe smooth muscles relating to cramping during PMS and menstruation. White Oak Bark is an astringent, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory herb good for toning skin, healing bruising, and soothing hemorrhoids. Lemon Balm is anti-inflammatory, soothing and aids in healing minor surface cuts and bruises. Also good for soothing herpes sores. Jasmine Flower is anitbacterial, antimicrobial, and anti-fungal. It's great for soothing skin irritations, acne, and surface scrapes and bruises. Antioxidants help with scars and wrinkles.
